Released LISMOA Referral Program (Lite)

Overview of the Referral Program

The “LISMOA Referral Program (Lite)” allows both the referrer and the referee to receive ¥2,000 in credits when a new subscription is made through a referral URL. No extra input is required—the credits are applied automatically once conditions are met.

Credits are granted when the referee subscribes to a paid plan for the first time. They are automatically applied toward monthly fees, and any excess will carry over to future invoices. Please note that any unused credits become invalid if the account is canceled.

Tracking is based on cookies attached to the referral URL, valid for 30 days with last-click priority. Deleting or disabling cookies, using different browsers, or employing ad blockers may prevent accurate tracking. Referrals deemed fraudulent are not eligible for credits.

How the Referral Works

  1. Go to Settings > Referral Program in the dashboard and agree to the terms
  2. Obtain your unique referral URL
  3. Share the URL with potential referees
  4. Once the referee subscribes to a paid plan, both parties receive ¥2,000 in credits

For those interested in more active promotion, a separate “Power Affiliate Program” is also available. Please contact LISMOA Support for details.

Real-time Ad Performance Now Available via Amazon Marketing Stream

LISMOA now supports Amazon Marketing Stream, enabling near real-time updates of ad performance data. With this integration, you can view hourly updates of key metrics such as clicks, impressions, and sales within the same day—directly on the LISMOA dashboard.

Previously, ad data in LISMOA was only available after Amazon finished processing and providing the reports, which caused a delay of several hours or more. With this update, LISMOA leverages the push-based Amazon Ads API to reflect campaign performance data much more quickly.

This enhancement allows for faster analysis of hourly trends and quicker reactions to sudden changes in ad performance. It is especially valuable for merchants looking to fine-tune their ad spend and adjust strategies in real time.

Real-time data is now available on the following pages:

  • Ad Performance
  • Sponsored Products
  • Sponsored Brands (coming soon)
  • Sponsored Display (coming soon)
  • All other pages displaying ad spend

Amazon Marketing Stream support is automatically applied as part of LISMOA’s ad analysis features. Real-time data will roll out progressively across eligible accounts.

New Performance Analysis Page for Subscribe & Save Sales

We have added a new dedicated page where you can review performance data for Amazon's Subscribe & Save. On this page, you can view sales figures and sales ratios for each product enrolled in Subscribe & Save.

While similar data can be checked in Seller Central, the key difference with LISMOA is the ability to specify a custom date range. This allows you to flexibly analyze sales for specific periods, such as by month, campaign period, or any custom time span. You can easily check total Subscribe & Save sales during the selected period and the average sales ratio of Subscribe & Save compared to regular sales.

At this point, the page focuses on providing basic data, but we plan to expand it with more detailed analysis metrics and predictive data unique to Subscribe & Save.

This page is available to all LISMOA plans for accounts using Amazon Subscribe & Save. If you have suggestions for additional data or features, please submit them via the feedback link.

Added member management to enable multi-user access

Previously, LISMOA accounts allowed only one user to log in per account. With the new member management feature, multiple users can now access the same LISMOA account without sharing login credentials. Each team member can securely log in with their own account.

You can invite members by email from the LISMOA admin screen. Currently, all members have the same level of access, but permission management and other features will be added in future updates.

The maximum number of members depends on your subscription plan:

  • Free & Lite: 1 user (no additional members)
  • Standard: up to 5 members
  • Pro: up to 30 members

This update makes LISMOA safer and more efficient for teams that manage operations together or want to divide tasks. Member invitations and removals can be managed from the admin screen.

*To add members beyond a single user, you’ll need to upgrade to the Standard plan or higher.

You can now save table display settings as presets

We’ve added a new feature that lets you save your preferred table configurations — including visible columns and filter conditions — as reusable presets.

With this update, there’s no need to reselect columns or reapply filters each time you access a page. You can create multiple presets for each page and switch between them as needed, depending on your workflow.

You can also designate one preset as the default. For example, if you set a default preset for the Orders page, that configuration will automatically load every time you open the page.

At this time, date ranges are not included in presets, but support for that is currently under development. This feature helps streamline data review and gives you more control over how you view your information across different sections of LISMOA.
